Purchase Options

We offer one-time purchases for all products listed on our website. Subscription purchases are not currently available. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order:

  • Email us at info@incamaster.com with your order number and the word "Cancel" in the subject line.

  • If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may return the item under our Return Policy once received.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Fraud detection or suspicious activity

  • Shipping restrictions or undeliverable address

If your order is canceled by us, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
